Why Business Coaching?

Guiding Development

A coach will guide your business in technical, tactical, and physical development. They help identify weaknesses and work on strategies to improve performance.

Maintaining Focus in the office.

Businesses often face tough times and distractions that can cause the work in the office to slip. A coach helps you stay focused on your goal, providing unwavering support when it's needed most.

Objectivity

A coach can provide objective feedback and assessments. They are not emotionally invested in the business, allowing them to offer impartial advice and guidance.

Encouragement and Motivation

Coaches are there to encourage and motivate. They help maintain a positive mindset, build confidence, and instil the belief that goals can be achieved.

Costing Jobs

"Brickies Network taught me how to quote jobs for profit and when to say NO to the wrong projects for my business."

- Steve Cain

Profit Control

"Last year, my builder supplied everything. Now I supply all my materials and make a margin on everything. Thanks Andy!"

- Brett Tremble

Staff Productivity

"Brickies Network has completely changed the way I hire staff. I now have better quality tradesmen and less staff turnover."

- Barry Butler
